To get the most out of the creative therapy group, we ask for a commitment to attend at least four sessions. This allows the child or young person enough time to build trust with the group, form meaningful connections, and fully engage in the creative process.
In addition to the regular Saturday sessions, we also run these groups during school holidays, providing a consistent space for young people to express themselves and discover new ways to cope with their emotions.

A kind and safe space
Each session is a safe and welcoming place where children and young people can explore their feelings through art and creativity, connect with others who may be facing similar challenges, and gain confidence in themselves.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or simply needs a creative outlet, our Creative Therapy groups offer a safe and nurturing environment to help them thrive and develop new skills.
With the guidance of our skilled therapists, children and young people can experience the transformative power of creativity and emotional support in the group.

Support for parents is also available. It can be concerning for parents to see their child or young person struggling, and group therapy might not always be the first choice for everyone. If your child or young person is hesitant about joining a group, our therapists can provide you with guidance and strategies to support them at home.
