Why get a blood test?

Blood tests help assess overall physical health by measuring levels of hormones, vitamins, minerals, and markers for medical conditions, offering insights into factors that may affect your mental wellness. They can detect imbalances or deficiencies related to brain function and identify issues like anemia, infections, or autoimmune diseases that impact well-being.

However, blood tests cannot diagnose mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia, as they do not measure the complex brain processes involved. They are most effective when used to create a treatment plan that considers both physical and mental health factors.
